Postdoc Pathways: Research & Publication Mentorship

In the academic year 2024-2025, I launched 'Postdoc Pathways' as a social responsibility initiative to support postdoctoral researchers in their academic journey. Recognizing the challenges postdocs face in navigating research and publication, this independent mentorship program provides free guidance, peer collaboration, and structured feedback. By fostering an inclusive academic community, 'Postdoc Pathways' aims to bridge knowledge gaps, promote scholarly engagement, and contribute to the professional growth of early-career researchers.

FLED 216 Library Project

In the academic year 2017-2018, FLED 216.02 and FLED 216.10 Community Service Practice students collected children books to build up libraries for two schools in Suruc, Sanlıurfa. In collaboration with Harran University Foreign Language school students, Yukarı Oylum Primary School and Dolas School libraries were set up. For the media coverage of this project, see the following websites:

FLED Practicum DADM Project

In the academic year 2017-2018, our department conducted a language teaching project initiated by the Sarıyer Directorate of National Education.
